At GRUNDFOS we respect the privacy of our Grundfos Ecademy members.

Unwanted e-mail?
The newspapers regularly write about “spam”, i.e. unwanted e-mails. Grundfos would never intentionally send spam to anyone, of course, and we are making strenuous efforts to adhere to all rules and regulations in this respect. Above all, this means that Grundfos does not send out e-newsletters without having been asked to do so In other words, we only send you our e-newsletter to registered members of the Grundfos Ecademy. In addition, our newsletters always give you an easy way of opting out by clicking the link you will find in the e-newsletter.

Do we store your information securely?
The information you have given us is stored on a secure server. Only the Grundfos employees who are responsible for our e-newsletter have access to this database. Your data will never be sold or passed on to any third party in any way. 

What activities do we register?
When you visit the Grundfos website by clicking a link in our newsletter, we will register this activity. This does not mean that we are “looking over your shoulder". It is simply one of the ways we try to make our website and newsletters as interesting and relevant as possible for you. Among other things, we therefore take the liberty of registering how many users that shows an interest in the topics we write about in our newsletters. 

Tech talk
Grundfos newsletters are sent in html format. This means that if your e-mail program does not support html, you will receive a message in which certain links do not work and which contains no images. Please feel free to contact the editor if you have any questions.  

You should be aware that: 
• if we are requested to disclose personal information by law, court of law, or as requested by a governmental or law enforcements authority, we may do so.  
• we may pass your personal information or details of your use of the web site to other companies within the GRUNDFOS Group.  

In addition, you should be aware, that if our newsletters or website contains links to third parties websites, not controlled by a company inside the GRUNDFOS Group, we recommend, that you check the specific privacy statements for this website, before providing any personally identifiable information. You may not assume, that our Privacy Policy covers those sites.
